1.Leak Detection
Keep the air pressure in the tank at 0.02Mpa for 10 minutes to see whether there it leaks.Acceptance evalution:lay the tank on the ground for observation.Smear soapy water onto the joint part of the cover and valves.No leak and deformation after 10 minutes.
Conclusion:qualified.
2.Forklift lift test
Under the weight of 1.25 times of the maximum load,lift the tank twice in each direction by a forkift to see whether there are leaks.(1850*1.25=2313kg)Acceptance evaluation:Lift sequence:left,back,front,right.No leak and deformation after 10 minutes.
Conclusion:qualified.
3.Lamination Testing
Under the weight of 1.8 times of the maximum load (1850kg*1.8=3330kg,prepare a heavy object over 330kg,not inclued water in the tank).Acceptance evaluation:12:10-12:16 No leak and deformation after 5 minutes.
Conclusion:qualified.
4.Hydraulic Test
Set the water pressure in the tank at 0.065 Mpa for 10 minutes to see whether there it leaks and deforms.Raise the water pressure to 0.2 Mpa for 10 minutes and waif for the result.No leak and deformation.
Conclusion:qualified.
5.Drop Test
Let the tank fall freely from the height of 1.5m after it being fully injected with water to see whether there are leaks and deformations.
Conclusion:qualified.
